ASP Students Receive Awards
On Thursday, November 17, the Academic Success Program (ASP) honored four ASP sophomores for their academic achievements during freshman year 2015-16. Awards were given to the male and female student with the highest GPA and to the male and female student showing most improved GPA in their ASP freshman class. These awards were made possible by Richard Libretti ’65, a Saint Peter’s University Board of Trustee member, who addressed the students and encouraged them to persist with their studies and dreams. The Academic Success Program at Saint Peter’s University works with academically disadvantaged students and provides support services and personalized counseling to help these students achieve success.
