Men and Women for Others in Action

Good360 volunteerA group of freshman students at Saint Peter’s University comprised of Anica Bustamante ’18, Thomas Calloni ’18, Leonardo Flores ’18, Victor Mieles ’18 and Gabrielle Villar ’18 are taking on the mission of becoming “men and women for others” in Dr. Alorbi’s marketing class, which includes a service learning project. The team decided to work with an organization called Good360 for the project. In exchange for a service fee, Good360 provides a variety of discounted items in high volumes. The team plans to donate these products to places within the community that are in need starting with the University’s very own Campus Kitchen.

In order to raise the funds for the Good360 service fee, the students held a bake sale on the first floor of the student center. The fundraiser was also supported by the Delta Sigma Pi pledge class. The students were able to raise over $500!
