Michael Garvey – member of the New Jersey State Police, graduated May 2008

Walter Berbrick – Walter graduated in May of 2006.  He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University and recently completed his Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University.  He currently is an Assistant Research Professor in the Center for Naval Warfare Studies at the U.S. Naval War College.  There he is the resident expert on maritime security and intergovernmental cooperation and information sharing. Walter also uses qualitative, quantitative, and triangulation methodologies and gaming techniques to explore highly complex political issues relating to defense programs, military systems, future force structure and doctrine, and national military strategy.
