Dr. DeStephano Presents on the History of Illuminated Manuscripts

On Monday, September 10 Mark DeStephano, Ph.D., chairman and professor in the Department of Modern & Classical Languages and director of the Asian Studies program presented on the history of illuminated manuscripts and discussed several recent donations housed in the University’s Rare Books and Special Collections. In conjunction with the presentation, an exhibit featuring books from the Theresa and Edward O’Toole Library and a separate display of the donations were on view.
