CELAC Attends Celebracion de Excelencia in Washington D.C.
CELAC attended Celebracion de Excelencia in Washington D.C. last week. CELAC was one of the five finalists out of 114 candidates in the baccalaureate category for successfully advancing Hispanics in higher education. Founded in 2004, Excelencia in Education is the only national initiative that recognizes higher education programs that have been successful in improving Hispanic student achievement.
