With a deep understanding of the evolving cyber threat landscape, Damiano has demonstrated unparalleled leadership in securing organizations across multiple industries, including banking and financial services. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where he leads the Cyber and Information Security strategies, shaping the organization’s resilience against cyber threats and ensuring operational continuity.

Throughout his career, Damiano has held key senior positions, including at Provident Bank, Investors Bank, and Brown Brothers Harriman, where he designed and implemented robust cybersecurity frameworks, managed risk, and protected critical infrastructure. He is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and is deeply committed to fostering leadership and professional development within his teams.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Damiano is an active contributor to the academic and professional communities. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Guarini School of Business at Saint Peter’s University and is a member of the New York CISO Governing Body, where he engages with fellow leaders on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
