4David Solano is an experienced Cybersecurity Practitioner, IT Service Management (ITSM) specialist, and Project Management leader with over 20 years of expertise in a wide range of industries, including SMB, insurance/financial, healthcare, defense/military, and education. His career spans multiple leadership roles where he has successfully driven large-scale technology projects, facilitated workforce development initiatives, and improved organizational cybersecurity practices.
David holds the Certified Cyber Security Architect℠ (CCSA℠) credential from ecfirst and is certified in ITIL® v4 Foundation through PeopleCert (valid until May 2027), reflecting his deep expertise in IT service management and cybersecurity architecture. Additionally, he has earned the ITIL V3 Certificate in IT Service Management and ITIL® Foundation certification through PEOPLECERT and EXIN, respectively, which strengthens his foundation in IT service delivery and best practices. His proficiency in third-party risk management is highlighted by certifications such as “How to Adapt Third-Party Risk Management for Times of Disruption” from IT Executive Forums and “A Third-Party Risk Management Masterclass” from Executive IT Forums.
