As First Vice President at Provident Bank, she inspires leaders to embrace change, helps to lead talent management and drives organizational transformation. Xavia is known for her expertise in HR analytics, mentoring senior leadership, and developing diversity-focused training programs. She is passionate about nurturing meaningful connections and works tirelessly to implement roadmaps that align with strategic goals. She is currently First Vice President, Senior Human Resources and Diversity Business Partner at Provident Bank.
