Michael Held, Biology Department

Dr. Michael Held, Professor, Biology Department, presented a paper at the Annual Meeting of the Association of Southeastern Biologists, held in Concord, NC.  The title of his talk was:  “Exceeding 100 Years in Age an Oak–Hickory Forest in East Central Mississippi Challenges Contemporary Basal Area Concepts”. The paper was co-authored with Dr. Joe E. Winstead of Southern Arkansas University.
