Diwali Celebration

150 Saint Peter’s students, faculty, and staff celebrated Diwali, the Hindu festival of light, in the Duncan Family Sky Room on Tuesday evening, November 6th with lively Bhangra dancing, a delicious Indian meal, and fireworks. Diwali is one of the most popular festivals in India and symbolizes the victory of light over darkness and good over evil. This celebration was organized by the Desi Club and co-sponsored by the ASU and the Theology Club.
