University Food pantry and Clothes Closet

Following the Corporal Works of Mercy, the Saint Peter’s University Food Pantry and Clothes Closet provide quality clothes, non-perishable food, toiletries and household items to those in need in our community. To date, over 37,000 pounds of clothing and toiletries, as well as 33,000 pounds of non-perishable food, have been distributed.

The Food Pantry and Clothes Closet at SPU are located in the basement of 39 Tuers Ave (formerly the Saint Aedan’s Convent). Our pantry/closet is open to everyone in the community, and we do not require referrals, but all clients must fill out a brief intake form; however, all information remains confidential.

The Saint Peter’s University Food Pantry and Clothes Closet are open:

1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 2:00-4:00 PM by appointment only
