In order to improve the resiliency of our network, the ITS department will be replacing our single DHCP server with two fully redundant DHCP severs.

While we do not anticipate any interruption of service during this migration, it is possible that a PC, telephone or other network connected device does not automatically reconnect to the network. If that happens, please contact the help desk and we will respond as quickly as possible.

As we will be performing this migration gradually, below is the schedule that we plan on following:

On June 2nd, ITS will be migrating:

  • Veterans Memorial Hall
  • 140 Glenwood
  •  Murray Hall
  • Durant Hall
  • Mail Room
  • Honors House
  • Campus Services

On June 3rd, the buildings migrated will be:

  • Rankin Hall
  • Yanitelli Recreational Center
  • Pope Hall
  • O’Toole Library
  • Gannon Hall
  • Dineen Hall
  • Lee House
  • McDermott Hall
  • Loyola Hall

On June 4th, we will migrate:

  • Saint Peter Hall
  • Hilsdorf Hall
  • McMahon Student Center

Finally on June 4th , we will also be migrating the wireless network.
