Please be advised that ITS will be replacing a card in the Core Switch in the Data Center on Friday, November 1, between 5:30 pm and 9;30 pm.

During this window, there will be no access to the Internet.

PHONES

We expect that most phones will come back online automatically when the Internet is brought back online. If your phone does not work on Monday. you can reset your phone by unplugging the Ethernet cord and plugging it back in.

XEROX COPIERS

All Xerox Copiers should be powered off on Monday morning, wait about 3 minutes an then powered back on.

If you have any issues with phones or copiers on Monday morning that you are unable to resolve yourself, please contact the Help Desk.
