Over 500 students comprise the Class of 2008!This year’s freshmen, half of whom are expected to live on campus, hail from all 21 New Jersey counties; 19 states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Virginia); and the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands.International students are joining the College from Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Ghana, and Vietnam. Great things can be expected from the Class of 2008 – their high school records reveal that 98 were members of student government, 102 were involved in the performing arts, 243 participated in community service, and almost half were involved in intramurals or athletics.Academically the class is one of the strongest in recent history and includes 20 Presidential Scholars and 45 Honors Program students.
