Jersey City – Saint Peter’s College will debut Executives in Residence Week from Monday, September 24 to Friday, September 28 at the Jersey City campus. The College will bring senior business executives to the campus to engage graduate students, members of the College community and guests in discussions about emerging risk strategies.
Each executive will address risk topics affecting the global business marketplace, including discussions on individual risk decisions and cumulative impact, intellectual property protection in a Global Market, horizon and internal exposures, the Energy Sector and global demand risk, and bond rating integration of ERM principals.
“Executives in Residence Week is a great opportunity to incorporate first hand corporate experience into the classroom with executives, students and community members,” said Jack Hampton, KPMG Professor and Director of Graduate Business Programs.
John Farrell, National Lead Partner for Risk KPMG, and Nawal Roy, Vice President of Moody’s Investor Services will lead the discussion on Monday, September 24. Vincent Tizzio, President of AIG Small Business, and Sean M. Patwell, Director of Jamison Special Risks, will lead the discussion on Tuesday, September 25. Mark G. Kahrer ‘83, Vice President of Finance of PSE&G, will be assembling a team of executives to lead the discussion on Wednesday, September 26. Ralph Russo ‘70, President & CEO of Strategic Polymer Sciences Inc., formerly of Nortel Networks and Apple Computer, will lead the discussion about Entrepreneurial Risk on Thursday, September 27. Anthony Terracciano ’60, veteran banking executive, will address topics including risk language and investments in risk management on Friday, September 28.
