Clark Named MAAC Preseason Player Of The Year

Jersey City (November 9, 2005) Saint Peter’s senior guard Keydren Clark was named the 2005-06 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Preseason Player of the Year by the MAAC’s 10 head coaches. The two-time member of the All-MAAC First Team also earned the same honor last year. Clark won his second consecutive national scoring title last season, averaging 25.8 points per game for the Peacocks. He also earned his third straight MAAC Long Distance Shooter Award, registering 108 three-point field goals during his junior campaign.
