Managers from the Goldman Sachs Jersey City location recently conducted a career workshop for Saint Peter’s University business students. Students engaged in breakout sessions with the Goldman employees as well as an elevator pitch competition.
The workshop was part of Community Teamworks, an initiative that pairs the investment firm’s employees with service projects in the communities where they work and live.
James Conti ’93, a managing director at Goldman Sachs, was instrumental in working with the Office of Advancement and External affairs and the Center for Career Engagement and Experiential Learning (CEEL) at the University to secure the opportunity for his firm to plan and execute the workshop.
