Successful Fundraising Event Held at Amanda’s in Hoboken

Eugene Flinn ’80 and his wife, Joyce Flinn, co-owners of Amanda’s in Hoboken, recently hosted alumni and friends of the University for a fundraising event at their restaurant. For the fifth year, the pair graciously donated a five-course dinner with wine pairings for all attendees. This year’s event raised more than $20,000, bringing the five-year fundraising total to more than $100,000. The proceeds from the event benefit St. Aedan’s: The Saint Peter’s University Church and Campus Ministry projects such as Schola and the Campus Kitchen.
